This unique experience combines the therapeutic power of sound with the gentle energy of Reiki to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being by assisting your body, with intention, to self-healing.

• Sound Healing: Be enveloped by the calming vibrations of the gong and singing bowls to bring you into a harmonious balanced state.
• Aroma Therapy: Choices will be offered to enhance your experience with the subtle energies of the essential oil scents. This is optional.
• Eye Covering: You will be offered an eye covering to increase your sense of relaxation during the experience. This is optional.
